**The 6th Grade Girls Basketball team won the St. Emily tournament this past weekend.  Some tenacious defense and hot early shooting got the lady saints off to a great start.  The defense maintained the intensity in the second half and the offense continued to come up with key baskets.  St. Emily rallied late but some key defensive plays and timely baskets in the clutch helped the Lady Saints hold on for a 32-28 victory.  The 6th grade girls are enjoying a great season.  Good luck to the 7th grade girls as they compete in the St. Emily tournament this weekend!  *
